Botanical Characteristic
Woody climber with curved thorns at leaf base, greyish-brown bark. Simple alternate leaves, ovate-oblong, acute apex, rounded base. White flowers with 4 petals and numerous stamens. Fruits globose or ovoid, rough surface, green turning orange-red when ripe.
